INSTALMENT PLAN |
PLEASE READ THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INSTALMENT PLAN AS FOLLOWS.
At Oxford Pram Centre we offer a Nursery Plan for you to select purchases and spread the cost. The flexible Plan enables you to pay off as little or as much as you like by pre-ordering at the current prices. This gives you the comfort of knowing the items are available when you need them, guarantees no price rises and it is interest free.
The full amount of the order must be paid for before items can be released. This Plan is only available for purchases on our web-site. We do have a nursery plan available in store if you wish to visit in person. There is a minimum order value of £150.
1. Place an order online for the goods you wish to purchase giving your full name, address and home telephone number. Enter in the comments box that you wish to use the instalment plan. Proceed to checkout where you will find your order number, please keep a note of this number. DO NOT COMPLETE THE PAYMENT. This will generate an order (without payment) on our system for the goods you require.
2. To make your first payment through the Instalment Plan you will need to purchase instalment plan amounts through our website of the amount you wish to pay. This must be a minimum of 25% of the total order. Complete the instalment plan order in full which must have the same customer details as your product order in step 1. Enter in the comments box that this is a payment towards your order number xxxxx (from step 1) so we may allocate the payment. Proceed to checkout and make the payment.
3. Further instalments can be made at anytime for any sum by following step 2. Telephone orders will NOT be accepted.
We will email to acknowledge receipt of each payment made and advise of the balance outstanding.
Upon receipt of the 25% deposit the items ordered will be put aside to ensure availability for when the order is required. The 25% deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.
The website will automatically generate a postage charge of £3.95 for any amounts paid under £50. We will allocate this charge to the overall amount paid (ie. if you pay £40, a postage charge of £3.95 will be automatically applied but we will place the total of £43.95 as the amount paid).
Please notify us when the final payment has been made so we can arrange for despatch of the order - usually within 3 working days. Note that delivery of the items will be made in one delivery on full payment of the Plan to the address given on the original order. Part deliveries are NOT allowed.
The Instalment Plan must be paid for in full within 6 months of the date of the order.
Subject to the additional Terms above, Instalment Plan Orders and the Instalment Plan payments are also subject to our usual website Terms and Conditions. Please email if any particular point needs clarification and we will email a reply for your records.
