The Hippychick Tencel Fitted Mattress Protector is as soft as silk, strong as polyester, cool as linen, warm as wool, even more absorbent than cotton ... This is a mattress protector and fitted sheet all in one!
Natural goodness - Tencel is a natural hygienic fibre made from 100% biodegradable wood pulp cellulose. This, together with an undetectable, breathable, 100% waterproof, polyurethane layer makes a fabulous fitted sheet for every bed.
100% natural - the wood used comes from tree farms practicing sustainability and is guaranteed by the European Programme for the endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) quality seal and the International Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) standards label.
Extra comfort- Tencels unique moisture absoprtion capacity draws away moisture to enhance comfort as you sleep. The super smoothness and built-in moisture control capabilities help you keep cool even on the hottest of nights. Ideal for sensitive skins.
No uninvited visitors - without moisture the growth of bacteria is inhibited. Without bacteria, mold and mites similarly find life more difficult. All this is achieved without the use of added chemicals that otherwise might be harmful to sensitive skin. The polyurethane layer also acts as an anti allergy barrier - further protecting against mites which are a major cause of hayfever and asthma.
