Please keep these as emails as your proof of purchase. If your order is subsequently cancelled and the payment refunded you will receive an email acknowldgement of the refund.
Items out of stock
If an item is marked as out of stock it may only be a temporary situation and can still be ordered. Please telephone if you wish for details of expected arrival of stock. Once stock has arrived and we are ready to send your order we will telephone to advise you. If the out of stock item is just one part of a larger order the remainder of the order will be allocated and sent when the complete order is ready. If you wish to have the items that are available sent further postage/courier charges will apply.
Returns and cancellations
As an internet customer the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order (by letter, fax or email) up to 7 working days following the day after delivery takes place, but you must quote your order number to assist us in identifying your order promptly.
The goods must then be returned, at your cost, to our store within 7 working days of such notice (a working day excludes weekends and bank holidays). Products must be returned complete and unused, in the original packaging and with all accessories. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. In the event that you return part of an order and the order value then falls below the free delivery value of £50 the sum of £3.95 (representing the carriage/postage charge) will be deducted from your refund.
You must take reasonable care of the product, and its packaging whilst it is in your possession. Any labels attached either internally or externally to the product must still be attached.
Your original order payment will then be refunded as soon as possible after receipt by us of the returned goods (at the latest within 30 working days)less the sum of £10 to cover the initial shipping costs. Items which have been used will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
Please note that any items not correctly packaged or not in the original packaging will be subject to a re-packaging charge. This will be calculated on an individual basis.
Please be aware that pushchairs should only be tried indoors to decide whether they are suitable. If used outdoors during this time the cost of new wheels will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty item
If your item is received faulty, has not been used and the packaging was not signed for as damaged, please contact us by telephone or email with pictures and your order details together with details of the fault.
In the event of your product developing a fault after use please telephone or email us with details of the fault together with your order number and contact details. If possible please email a picture of the fault to see if it can be rectified without having to return the product. If we consider the item needs to be returned to us for inspection and it is found that a manufacturing fault has not occurred any costs incurred by us will be charged to the customer.
Please note, where shipment has been made to a postcode area attracting an additional courier charge (as detailed above) then any costs of collection or despatch in respect of rectifying any product faults are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If the product is within the warranty period and is covered under the warranty only the labour and spare part costs will be provided free of charge.
Faults caused by accident, neglect, or mis-use by the customer or normal wear and tear are not covered. In the event of a non-manufacturing fault the repair and return carriage charge will be at the Purchaser's expense.
Overseas purchases
We no longer ship products overseas. For products purchased and subsequently taken overseas any costs of collection or despatch in respect of rectifying any product faults are the responsibility of the Purchaser. If the product is within the warranty period and is covered under the warranty only the labour and spare part costs will be provided free of charge.
We do not pass details of our customers to any other party. We do not send e-mails to our customers other than what is relevant to a requested order or enquiry.
